Show 'Melodic' Names

On the "Display" tab of the trigger editor is a checkbox which allows you to toggle "show melodic names" on and off.

When checked, the trigger or control will assume you will be using it for melodic performance and will:

• Show a note name on the trigger and the notepicker, rather than a mapping name.
• Display the piano roll within the notepicker popup panel.
