Importing and Exporting SysEx
Generally sending SysEx data directly to or from your Zendrum is the most direct way, however you can also save and load SysEx files from your computer's file system. You may want to do this for archiving purposes, or if you are working offline without access to your Zendrum for instance.
Exporting SysEx data to a file:
1) Make your desired changes to your ZenEdit project.
2) Select File > Export SysEx and select a location and file name.
Note that SysEx exporting is not available in the trial edition of ZenEdit.
Importing SysEx data from a file into your ZenEdit project:
1) Create a new project or open an existing one in ZenEdit.
2) Select File > Import SysEx and select your SysEx file.
As stated above, you can also directly transmit and receive SysEx directly from your Zendrum, bypassing the file system.
